Step back for a moment to the dawn of the 20th century. The British Empire was at its peak back then. King Edward presided over a nation at peace, prospering from the Industrial Revolution. Filmmakers Sagar Mitchell and James Kenyon were the first to capture the world's earliest moving pictures, filming everyday people going about their daily lives. In 1994, an amateur film historian named Peter Worden discovered more than 800 rolls of film in the basement of an empty workshop, which he quickly realized were from another world. Some historians compared the discovery of these silent films made between 1900 and 1913, to the opening of the Egyptian King Tut's tomb. With help from the British Film Institute, the films were eventually restored.

The cast and creators of Lost were at the Paley Center for Media as they worked the red carpet and spoke to TV Guide's Marc Istook about the final season. Nestor Carbonell, Michael Emerson, Zuleikha Robinson and Terry O'Quinn did their best to stay mum while we dug for some mysteries. Richard is scared this season, but why? Who lives, who dies?
