I bought it for my boss who never figured it out so it’s sitting in a box in his office.

I purchassed this product new from Amazon the garimn 200w was new out of the box and it did not work after calling garmin and being put on hold for over 15 min i was told that there was not a thing could be done that i had to send it back at my expenss and they would replace it with a rebuild one this is not right i paid for a new one and should recessa new one to replace the refurbiss one. if this is way you do business i with not buy from you again

The Garmin came in record time. It appears to be in great shape. I will hope that it is all that we expect of it after we use it. Since, it is a Christmas gift, I won’t know until after Christmas how it will really perform.

they took my money and never wrote back to any of my messages. No shipping tracking and will not reply back for anything. they will steal your money. do not try to buy anything from them. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I agreed to purchase a factory refurbished and boxed item. This item was just used, with no indication that it had undergone factory review. The item works, but it is false advertising to say that it is from the factory. The box doesn’t even have the name of the item on it. I believe I should receive some form of refund.
Further, I paid for express delivery and it took a week to get the item. I should also receive a refund of the express fees.
